HeartyyFresh is a leading online Indian grocery delivery service operating in major cities across the United States. The company has built a reputation for providing high-quality Indian groceries and spices to its customers. However, despite being a reliable grocery delivery service, the brand struggled with low brand recognition and a somewhat outdated visual identity.With our Brand Strategy Service, our team began conducting an analysis of the brand. To address some of the issues, we proposed the creation of a brand mascot that could serve as a recognizable and friendly face for HeartyyFresh. Our creative team brainstormed various concepts, and after thorough discussions with the client, we decided to design a friendly Indian Elephant mascot!
Mascot Design
Happyy the Elephant was an emphasis on the large scale of Heartyy Fresh, making it the perfect metaphor and mascot. By using a cartoon elephant design, we were able to create a friendly and approachable mascot while maintaining a tone of confidence and professionalism. With a warm and welcoming expression, Happyy the Elephant embodies qualities of trust and authenticity. Happyy wears a jhool (saddle cloth) showing the logo on the side and a head-plate as a nod to the brand’s roots.
The mascot was seamlessly integrated into HeartyyFresh’s marketing materials and even integrated into TikTok ads.
Van Wrap Design
To increase brand visibility and engage with a wider audience, we proposed a van wrap. The wrap features images of groceries and Happyy, the elephant mascot on the side of the van, and her trunk carrying a grocery basket, all against the brand’s colors green and white.
The rebranding of HeartyyFresh, with the creation of the elephant mascot and the eye-catching van wrap, not only improved brand recognition but also deepened the connection with their target audience.
